Precious Cargo

Hi!  I was born in Toronto, raised on the Prairies , and lived 10 years of my adult life overseas in Syria, Pakistan, Abu Dhabi & Dubai.  I then, moved to Calgary and now have come full circle and reside back in southeast Saskatchewan.  I love the Prairies! 

 I studied Travel at Westervelt Travel in London, Ontario and then again in Abu Dhabi.  I've been in the travel industry since the early 80's and have done extensive travelling throughout Europe, Asia, UK, India, & Middle East, Australia, Fiji, Maldives, Mexico and  the Caribbean.  

But, like many of you, I have had to learn to diversify due to Covid.  Therefore,  I have happily taken on a contract with a breeder to ship Puppies across the country.  This has made it necessary for Global Getaways to obtain a Cargo Account with WestJet and for me to learn all the ins and outs of shipping by air.
